SHILLONG, MAR 5: A Mahila Jan Sunwai (Public Hearing for Women) will be held at Polo Ground parking lot at 11.30 am on March 11, as part of the National Commission for Women’s countrywide programme marking International Women’s Day.
The Meghalaya State Commission for Women chairperson will preside.
Hearings are scheduled nationwide from March 9–13, with walk‑in complaints accepted.
The exercise aims to expand access to grievance redress for women across the state.
