The 120 Battalion of the Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF), under the NES Sector, organised a tailoring training programme and distributed sewing machines to widows and economically disadvantaged women in Mendipathar, North Garo Hills, as part of its Civic Action Programme 2025–26.
This event was held to mark the 75 years of India's Independence and aimed to contribute to the larger cause of environmental conservation and sustainability.
