After Bishal Phukan, another online fraudster identified as Ranjit Kakoti has been arrested by Dibrugarh police for allegedly duping hundreds of people in the name of Trading FX.
After his arrest, many victims have come forward, revealing bounced cheques given by Barman. It is reported that he even boasted of having connections with a powerful politicians to carry out his scams.
