The Anti-Narcotic Task Force(ANTF), Meghalaya apprehended a drug peddler and seized drugs from his possession during an operation near Namghar Laban in Shillong on Tuesday.
A joint team comprising the Directorate of Revenue Intelligence (DRI), Customs, 17 Bn Assam Rifles, and Manipur Police seized a massive consignment of narcotics during a three-day special operation codenamed "Operation White Veil" in the border areas of Churachandpur district in Manipur.
