The Manipur government has decided to hand over the investigation into the Tronglaobi bomb attack, which killed two children early Tuesday, to the National Investigation Agency, Chief Minister Yumnam Khemchand Singh said.
Manipur Governor Ajay Kumar Bhalla on Thursday said that the killing of Meitei civilian Mayanglambam Rishikanta Singh will be investigated by the National Investigation Agency (NIA) to ensure a thorough and impartial probe.
