Meghalaya Chief Minister Conrad K. Sangma laid the foundation stone for the construction of the new building of PASF-Abong Noga College in Tura on Friday, while inaugurating a newly built conference hall.
Twenty-two teachers were handed appointments letters by the state government on Friday during the handing over ceremony of the People's College grant-in-aid scheme to PASF - Abong Noga College, Tura.
