“As family members we urge the government to swiftly take action by registering a case against the Tactical Team-1 and to hand over the matter to the CBI,” further urged Thangkhiew.

On asked, Thangkhiew said it does not affect him or his family if they hide the names from the inquiry report which is put in public domain, as they already know who the killer is.

“Yes we are satisfied with the report but it depends on the government to take actions against the people involved, register a case against them and hand over the matter to the CBI,” he said.
