Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma on Saturday said Congress party is crying because Manipur is limping back to normalcy slowly. Talking to reporters in Dibrugarh on Saturday, Assam CM, who is also the chief convenor of NEDA, said, “Now Congress is crying when Manipur is limping back to normalcy. The situation in Manipur has been improving day by day and within 10 days more improvement can be seen and everything will be fine.”
