Tura, March 27: The Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) is celebrating the second anniversary of its 10kg composite cylinder, which is 50 percent lighter, rust-free, and has a translucent body with an aesthetic look. The composite cylinder has proved to be a game-changer for millions of households across India.

To mark the occasion, IOC felicitated Llewellyn R Marak, an accomplished writer and scholar who has many accolades to his name. Marak was awarded the Sahitya Akademi Award in 1999 and has contributed significantly to society by preserving and upholding Achik Culture.
