New Delhi, March 31: In responding to Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s letter on Pakistan Day, Pakistan Prime Minister Imran Khan responded that his country “desires peaceful cooperative relations” with India.
The ‘Pakistan Day’ was celebrated on March 23.
Indian PM wrote that as a neighbouring country, India desires cordial relations with the people of Pakistan, and the need to inculcate the act of trust, devoid of terror and hostility.
“Thank you for your letter conveying greetings on Pakistan Day. The people of Pakistan also desire peaceful, cooperative relations with all neighbours, including India,” Khan replied.
In the act of diplomacy, Khan conveyed his best wishes to India in the fight against the COVID-19 pandemic. Also, PM Khan considered in resolving the Jammu and Kashmir issue.
