In a candid acknowledgment, Deputy Chief Minister Dhar underscored that the gradual pace of progress in implementing the Smart Roads initiative, an integral facet of the broader Smart City project, stems from the intricate issues encountered during the relocation of utilities owned by diverse departments. Notably, these encompass critical infrastructure such as PHE pipelines and MeECL electricity poles.
