Animal Husbandry & Veterinary Minister Sanbor Shullai on Friday declared the toll being collected by the Voice of the People Party-led Khasi Hills Autonomous District Council (KHADC) on entry of livestock into Meghalaya as “illegal” and said the department has directed the council to stop it.
