The Hynniewtrep Youth Council (HYC) on Wednesday vowed to pursue with both Centre and State governments for immediate implementation of effective anti-influx mechanisms that include the inner line permit (ILP) and the Meghalaya Residents Safety and Security Act (MRSSA).
