Meghalaya is gearing up to host the 39th National Games, with Sports and Youth Affairs Minister Wailadmiki Shylla announcing that preparations are on track.
The state Cabinet on Thursday approved the proposal for acquiring 50 acres of land for development of tourism infrastructure at Nongmahir Lake in Ri Bhoi district.
