As per reports the Polling parties from Maniram Diwan Trade Center have been dispatched this morning to their designated polling stations in four parliamentary constituencies - Guwahati, Barpeta, Kokrajhar and Dhubri.
Prabhat Chandra Rabha, headmaster of a primary school and a booth level officer, was suspended for allegedly holding an election meeting at his residence in the presence of a political party leader.
