Chief Minister Conrad K Sangma on Friday stepped out of his convoy to meet members of the Meghalaya Vocational Teachers Union (MVTU) who were staging a placard protest outside an honouring ceremony event, and assured them he would extend help “within the limits” on their demand for a new pay structure.
