SHILLONG, JUL 23: Chief Minister Conrad K Sangma on Thursday congratulated Kitkupar Nongsiej for securing a place among the Top 5 finalists at the World Championship of Performing Arts held in Las Vegas, USA.
In a post on X, the Chief Minister described the achievement as inspiring and said it was a proud moment for the state to see a young talent from Meghalaya perform on such a prestigious international stage.
