Tourism Minister Paul Lyngdoh has asked the All Khasi Meghalaya Tourist Taxi Association (AKMTA) to speak with their counterparts in Assam before going ahead with their decision to ban entry of tourist taxis from outside the state to Meghalaya's tourist spots.
