Shillong, Jul 27: The Meghalaya Cabinet on Monday approved the extension of the tenure of Chief Technical Adviser (Generation) in the Power Department.
Briefing the media after a Cabinet meeting chaired by Chief Minister Conrad K. Sangma, Cabinet Minister Marcuise N Marak said BM War, retired Chief Engineer (Civil) of Meghalaya Energy Corporation Limited (MeECL), will continue to serve in the post.
“The Cabinet has approved the extension for BM War, retired Chief Engineer (Civil), MeECL, to continue as the Chief Technical Adviser (Generation) in the Power Department,” Marak said.
