He said the association has also decided to launch a letter campaign against Chief Minister Conrad K Sangma and Education Minister starting from December 22 to January 14, next year.

This will be followed by democratic peaceful protest ‘Black Flag Sit – in Demonstration’ and ‘candlelight vigil’ on January 21.

The decision was taken after a delegation of the Association had met with the Secretary Education Ambrose Ch. Marak on November 16 and discussed the matter to release the remaining 3-months salary at the earliest, possibly before Christmas Festival.
