Assam government has declared a full-day closure of all educational institutions across the state on September 23 as a mark of respect to legendary singer and cultural icon Zubeen Garg.
Well Known Assamese singer Zubeen Garg through his social media handle wrote an open letter to the public,and has reaffirmed his opposition against the Citizenship Amendment Act.
