Guwahati, Mar 26: Well Known Assamese singer Zubeen Garg through his social media handle wrote an open letter to the public,and has reaffirmed his opposition against the Citizenship Amendment Act.
He had expressed his displeasure since 2017 when CAA was first introduced. Zubeen Garg, has been actively involved in anti-CAA movements,and has the opposed the law. Garg continues to raise his voice against the CAA through various platforms, including public events and social media.
He expressed his confidence in the legal system, Garg emphasized on the pending Supreme Court case regarding the CAA, he intends to contribute in the legal battle also.
