Fresh tensions have erupted along the disputed Assam-Meghalaya border in the Tapatt area of West Karbi Anglong district, following a violent confrontation between residents from both the states. The clash has left one person injured and a structure burned.
According to Police officials, the fight between the two groups erupted at DHS after boys from Khasi community blocked the road towards Bhagyakul while drinking.
