Former Cabinet Minister and Dadenggre Legislator, James PK Sangma, has moved an election petition against  Dadenggre sitting MLA, Rupa Marak of the Trinamool Congress (TMC), stating that Marak's bank accounts were not disclosed in the official documents while filing for nominations.
