Manipur Governor Ajay Kumar Bhalla on Saturday held an urgent meeting with senior BJP leaders, including former Chief Minister N. Biren Singh and Assembly Speaker Thokchom Satyabrata Singh, days before Prime Minister Narendra Modi’s scheduled visit to the state on September 13.
The Governor of Manipur has extended the deadline for the voluntary surrender of looted and illegally held arms and ammunition until 4 PM on March 6, 2025.
