The fraternity of North-Eastern Hill University (NEHU), Tura Campus, has strongly condemned the alleged physical assault on Prof. Kailash Chandra Biswal, describing the incident as shocking and unacceptable.
The arrest was made on November 6, with the help of members of the Meghalaya Traders Fresh Vegetable & Ginger Association and Khasi Jaintia Fresh Vegetable Suppliers Association.
