The Joint Action Committee (JAC) comprising East Jaintia Hills Truck Owners & Transporters Association (EJHTOTA) and Jaintia Hills Truck Owners' Associatin (JHTOA) on Tuesday requested the state government to initiate a Special One-Time Settlement Scheme (SOTS) to regularize vehicle documents with long-term arrears.
