During the ongoing Jan Ashirwad Yatra, Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma stood atop a flower-decked vehicle, waving to a swelling crowd that had lined both sides of the road. Later, smiling, he reportedly remarked that the young man liked the watch and that he enjoys gifting people.
