Tura, Jan 18: The 5th Meghalaya Games witnessed a complete domination and dazzling showcase of gymnastic prowess as young athletes from East Khasi Hills captivated audiences with their performances in Vaulting Table, Floor Exercise and Balancing Beam, showcasing the talent pool and dedication. The championship unfolded at Don Bosco Junior College in Tura where East Khasi Hills (EKH) won all medals in every category.

In the Women’s Artistic Gymnastics categories, the competition was fierce, with outstanding displays of skill and grace in the Senior, Junior, and Sub-Junior divisions. In the Men’s Open Category Artistic Gymnastics, participants showcased incredible strength, agility, and precision in their routines.

The prestigious title of the All-around Champion among men went to Mebantei Lyngdoh Marshillong, while All-around Champion Senior Category went to Wandalang Bernadette Malngiang, both demonstrating exceptional skills.

The All-round Mini Group category featured a fascinating performance by Wansuk Mery Susngi, displaying synchronized moves and teamwork.

Their performances showcased individual talents and the growing enthusiasm in gymnastics within East Khasi Hills.
