Guwahati, Mar 25: Bodoland People’s Front (BPF) candidate from Kokrajhar Assembly constituency, Sewli Mohilary, has declared 37 bank accounts and ownership of 32 vehicles, including 16 tipper trucks and four tractors.
According to her election affidavit, Mohilary has total assets worth ₹54.4 crore. This includes ₹5.26 crore deposited across her bank accounts and vehicles valued at over ₹12 crore.
The 49-year-old is the wife of BTC chief Hagrama Mohilary.

Her movable assets include machinery worth ₹12.59 crore, while her immovable assets—comprising agricultural land and commercial buildings—are valued at ₹20.03 crore.
In comparison, her husband has declared assets worth ₹9.17 crore, with eight bank accounts and a high-end SUV.
Meanwhile, AIUDF chief Badruddin Ajmal, a perfume baron, has declared total assets worth ₹222.34 crore, significantly higher than Mohilary. His movable assets, including funds across eight bank accounts—six of them in Mumbai—amount to ₹52.43 crore.

Ajmal owns six vehicles, while his wife, Rizwana Badruddin Ajmal, owns three. Together, their vehicles are valued at ₹2.17 crore.
Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma, contesting from Jalukbari on a BJP ticket, along with his entrepreneur wife Riniki Bhuyan Sarma, has declared combined assets of ₹35.16 crore in 2026, up from ₹17.27 crore in 2021.
