Shillong, Aug 9: An earthquake of magnitude 3.3 occurred at the depth of five km in SW of Nongpoh in Meghalaya on Wednesday, said National Centre for Seismology.
Tremors were also felt in Shillong and other parts of the state.
According to reports, the tremors were felt at around 1:12-1:13 pm.
