Tura, Oct 2: The Mrong Mahari Association in Tura joined the nation in celebrating Gandhi Jayanti by conducting a cleaning drive on Monday morning at Chandmari playground area, Tura.
The cleaning drive covered the playground area, which happens to be one of the main spots in Tura town nowadays. Many sports events are being held at this playground.
The playground has become a hub of sports lovers for youngsters and oldies in Tura, being the one and only playground in the heart of Tura town, with the recent infrastructure of beautification that included a mini park for children.
