Taking to twitter to announce the joining of Kharshiing into the party, NPP chief and Chief Minister Conrad K Sangma said: “NPP warmly welcomes John F Kharshiing to the family… Kharshiing was former member of the Congress party and I am certain that his proactiveness in various subjects and his years of experience will add value to the functions of the Party.”
