Dibrugarh, Sept 25: Presiding Officer of Industrial Tribunal, Dibrugarh cum in-charge of Labour Court, Nogen Senabaya Deori on September 16, 2021 filed an FIR with the Dibrugarh Superintendent of Police against serious allegation of huge organised crime of human organs trafficking against Aditya Diagnostics & Hospitals, Dibrugarh.
“On 9 September, 2021 suddenly I was feeling uneasy and had little fever. In this context I talked to the Hon’ble Addl. District and Sessions Judge Jaspal Singh who advised me to go to a Nursing Home for treatment. At the same time he also agreed to accompany me along with his wife and my son to Aditya Diagnostics & Hospitals, Paltan Bazar, Dibrugarh. As and when we entered the said hospital, a Doctor who was on duty told me to lie down on a bed in the emergency ward. Thereafter, the said doctor did my Rapid Antigen Test which resulted negative. A moment later, my swab was also collected by him for doing RTPCR test. After 15 minutes the said doctor verbally informed me that the result of RTPCR is positive. So I have to take a room in the hospital,” the FIR stated.
Deori, in his complaint, wrote, “As I knew the entire situation that they are trying to kill me then I started doing some delayed tactics moving here and there in the ICU room itself so that my son and my office staff arrives at the hospital premises but the said nurses were looking at me angrily for not taking the injection and also they were looking at their watches. Finally, It was around 6 am on 11.09.2021, I saw and observed the said two nurses who were coming towards me to give me injection forcefully. Then I got up requesting them to wait a little more. In the meanwhile, one of the nurse went to an adjoining room and the other one is coming with the injection to administer it to me.”
“Then I got up and put my shoes by thinking that I should face the situation to the ultimate. When the nurse came and hold my hand then I saw the other person who was pretending to sleep was looking at me and observing all the situation,” the FIR reads.
“Then I caught hold of the hand of the nurse along with the injection and started dragging her outside the ICU room to the open area by thinking that probably my son arrived there. When I dragged the said nurse to the open area I found no one was present, then I left her hand. She made some hues and then called her friends and then I started running here and there by looking some exit but had no avail. Meanwhile, two muscle boys were standing on the exit point and blocked my way. They threatened me and told me to go to my ICU bed and said nothing would happen,” the FIR mentioned.
Meanwhile, Dibrugarh police have registered a case and started investigation.
Dibrugarh Additional SP (HQ), Bitul Chetia said, “We have registered a case and started investigation into the matter. We have recorded the statement of the victim.”
