Shillong, April 19: The Lok Sabha polls on Friday saw a huge turnout from 7:00 AM until 10:30 AM.

NPP candidate Dr. Ampareen Lyngdoh cast her vote at the Arya Kanya Vidyalaya Polling Station under Laitumkhrah Constituency.

VPP candidate Dr. Ricky Syngkon cast his vote at Pohkseh Glakyn School Polling Station, and Independent Candidate Prof. Lakhon Kma cast his vote at St. John Bosco Secondary School Polling Station.

The latest turnout figures stand at 15.41% for Shillong Parliamentary seats and 10.81% for 2-Tura Parliamentary Seat as of 10:00 AM.
