SHILLONG, NOV 28: Chief Minister Conrad K Sangma today announced the release of the second installment of the post-matric scholarship, aiming to benefit students before Christmas.

“I just want to give you the good news that tomorrow, November 29, I will be releasing the second installment of the post-matric scholarship,” Sangma said on Friday. “After that, it will take maximum two-three working days for it to reflect in the student’s accounts.”

Sangma reiterated his commitment to supporting students, stating, “As promised to all of you, this year I will take special care and ensure your scholarship amount is released before Christmas, and hence I am doing that.”

“I am sure that this will help our student community to a large and great extent,” he said while wishing students the very best for their future.
