Shillong, Nov 6: In a motor vehicle accident on November 5 night, a truck loaded with potatoes overturned and trampled over one Maruti car at National Highway 6 in the Nongthymmai Byrnihat area.
According to reports, the truck with registration number JK 02 AS 9925, driven by one Harkash Kumar of Jammu and Kashmir was on its way to Agartala from Siliguri.
The Maruti car (registration number: ML 05 K 8825)Â belongs to one Fairly Kharpuri and P. Kshiar is the owner of the shop.
No injuries were reported during the incident.
Meanwhile, the Byrnihat police outpost has taken action on the incident and further investigation is underway.
