Shillong, Feb 25: An accident took place at Madanrting Bazar on Wednesday at around 11:30 pm which led to the injury of a truck driver.

An incident took place at Madanrting Bazar where one truck loaded with cement- (AS 01 HC 5323 ) driven by Horendra Prasad 42 years dashed against one truck bearing R/no – (AS 01 FC 6247) driven by Jitendra Nath 50 years that was on its way to Jowai.

In the process, a jeep one vehicle No (ML 04 3918) Kyrshan Sohtun 29 years  Madanrting and Prasad was taken to the hospital for treatment. The injured driver was taken to the Civil Hospital, Shillong.
