In view of the recent confusion and opposition surrounding the Panchayati Advancement Index (PAI) survey, the District Administration of South West Garo Hills convened a meeting with A’king Nokmas from across the district to clarify concerns and resolve the issue.
The Block Development Officer (BDO) of Dadenggre C&RD Block, Saljagring G. Momin, held an interactive meeting on Tuesday with Nokmas, presidents and secretaries of various Village Employment Councils (VECs), and local villagers at the Enterprise Facilitation Centre to address growing confusion over the Panchayat Advancement Index (PAI).
