Tura, Nov 25: A gas cylinder was exploded in Kusimkolgre, Williamnagar in East Garo Hills region of Meghalaya on Saturday, resulting in a fire that engulfed three shops.

According to reports, the incident is said to have occurred at around 11:25 am.

However, there have been no reported casualties or injuries at this time.

Emergency services, including the fire brigade soon rushed to the incident site and swiftly responded to contain the flames and prevent further damage.
