Shillong, Mar 23: LPG households in East Khasi Hills must complete digital authentication and eKYC with their distributors or risk disruption in cooking‑gas deliveries, the district administration warned in a public advisory issued on Monday.
The notice from Deputy Commissioner (Supply) says compliance with Digital Authentication Compliance (DAC) and eKYC is mandatory “to ensure uninterrupted supply of LPG cylinders.”
It also fixes a 25‑day interval between refills: bookings made before 25 days from the last delivery will be rejected by the system.
“All consumers are requested to co‑operate with their respective distributors and complete the necessary formalities promptly,” the advisory states, advising users to contact distributors for assistance.
