Budapest, Nov 25: Sport Forum Hungary 2025 — Central Europe’s largest professional sports platform — concluded its fourth edition with over 1,800 participants and strong global representation from the sports ecosystem.

Women sports journalists from Slovakia, Algeria, Panama, Colombia, Azerbaijan, and India were invited to share perspectives in high-impact panel discussions focused on strengthening the visibility, commercial value, and leadership of women in sports media worldwide. Conversations also addressed the rapid shift toward digital platforms and the challenges faced by traditional media.

“The sports industry cannot be imagined without sports journalists; we create the vital link between consumers and performers. Stakeholders now recognize that female sports have huge potential — an investment that will only grow in the future,” said Dr. Zsuzsa Csisztu, former Olympic gymnast and Vice President of the Hungarian Sports Journalists Association.
The forum further reinforced Hungary’s emergence as a global hub for sports expertise, innovation, and international collaboration.
