Assam CM Himanta Sarma challenges Delhi CM Kejriwal

Must read

Guwahati, March 31: Days ahead of Aam Admi Party’s (AAP) mega political conclave in Guwahati, Assam Chief Minister Himanta Biswa Sarma has hit out at Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal. Sarma has challenged Kejriwal to come to Assam and say what he said in Delhi Assembly recently.

Kejriwal in Delhi Assembly had reportedly said that there are cases against Assam CM Himanta Biswa Sarma in another states.

“Mr Arvind Kejriwal is a coward who’s hiding behind the veil of immunity in Delhi Assembly and uttering white lies. Let him say there’s a corruption case pending against me outside the Assembly premise and I will sue him in the same manner I did with his colleague Manish Sisodia,” Sarma told reporters at Guwahati.

Kejriwal along with Punjab chief minister Bhagwant Mann are supposed to attend their first ever political rally in Assam on April 2 in Guwahati.

“Its not important where @ArvindKejriwal has said, important is that whatever he told is true or false? @himantabiswa” AAP’s Northeast In charge Rajesh Sharma tweeted.
