Meghalaya Liberation Association of Visually Impaired (MLAVI) on Monday announced its decision to be dissolved as an organization to prevent illegal collection in its name.
Speaking as the chief guest during the programme, Kapil Koch, Additional Deputy Commissioner, NGH lauded the performance of various physically abled persons who have contributed for the welfare of the society and the country as a whole.
