Tura, Sept 8: A man who drowned in Pelga falls of Tura on Sunday has been found by search teams of SDRF and Fire and Emergency teams on Wednesday morning.

Tura police said that Pradeep Saha went to Pelga water falls on Sunday afternoon for picnic with family members and was taken away by the powerful water currents when he entered the water.

Search teams entered the water multiple times for three days but could not find the body.

On Wednesday morning, the search teams located the body inside the water downstream. The family has been informed of the body recovery and necessary formalities are being conducted.
